A grassroots NPO for healthier, more just communities.
Established in 2017 and legally registered as NPO 192-778, Imveli is an independent community development organisation governed by a Board of Directors.

Governance
Board-led. Transparent. Accountable.
Imveli is governed by a Board of at least three members providing strategic leadership, policy direction, financial oversight, risk management and compliance. The organisation maintains transparent governance systems, annual reporting and sound financial management under its Constitution and applicable South African legislation.
